Section 41
Communication During Marriage Shall Not Be Compelled To Disclose
No person who is or has been married shall be compelled to disclose any communication
made between them during their marriage and they shall be permitted to disclose any such communication, unless the person who made it consents, except in a case
between the husband and wife or in a case in which one married person is prosecuted by the government as a plaintiff for any crime committed against the
other spouse.
